The room was good-sized and contemporary with a mini fridge bar, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk.
Clean place & really helpful staff with arrangements before-and-during stay-very friendly and professional-really first class. Nice building and rooms on a higher level. Private parking on site provided. In a fantastic location close to bars and restaurants. Fabulous restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

I particularly liked the restaurant at the sea level of the hotel: views over the sea, Nice and Cap d'Antibes and decent food as well.

It's good location as the center point for us to travel around south France
The room is a bit smaller than we expected. We have 2 big suitcase and struggle to find space to open them. For the price we pay, did expect a more spacious room

Charming Beachside Stay with Friendly Staff!
I enjoyed my short stay with a beautiful view from my room. The beach is just a short walk away, and the valet service made everything easy. I appreciated the attention from the friendly staff.

'Courtyard' view rooms were looking into the Walls of the opposite building and the room did not get any sunlight.

Having been a regular visitor to Antibes for eleven years, I think the Royal Beach has a fabulous location. However I noticed that, in your room brochure, whilst you feature the hotel restaurant and its proximity to the beach, you don't seem to mention the other Royal Beach restaurant, on the beach itself. You show the sunbed facilities but it doesn't seem clear that there is an excellent bar/beach eating and drinking facility there as well. I think you should focus more on this because it is one of your selling points.
Only issue was that we could not completely turn out the lights when we went to sleep. We tried all the switches we could find but with no success. In the end, we had to remove our room card from the slot in order to get the room into complete darkness.

Overpriced, small rooms, poor facilities and very bland. There are many much more luxurious hotels at a better price nearby.

It was just a commendable fit for getting around the area in Antibes with extraordinarily good value for money. The standout service was from a fantastic concierge were pretty good with restaurant recommendations. Consider enjoying the private beach for a relaxing afternoon.

We were very impressed with the atmosphere, welcome and the decor inside. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. This hotel had a great location opposite the beach. It was very quiet which we liked. We were upgraded to an appartment which made it good value for money.
It didn't live up to the title - Hotel, Residence, Beach and Spa, as there wasn't a spa or a swimming pool (at least we couldn't find them). Our patio overlooked a block of flats and was rather dark

Staff very helpful
they don't have anything to eat after 10pm not even a snack which is not very convenient when you arrive late and there is nowhere to eat in the city.

A brand-new, modern hotel with excellent service. The restaurants offer good atmosphere and fine cuisine both at the hotel and also the restaurant by the beach.

Family with kids will LOVE it!
We booked the royal suite, amazing! Spacious and with a beautiful hot tub, a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. The staff was super friendly, at check-in they even offered us a complimentary champagne .
Definitely not cheap, but acceptable given the luxury.

I had a nice stay in a long time. I had a delicious breakfast with seaview, the food was great. The staff were amicable and excellent all the time.

Decor depressing, bathrom toliet not connected to bathroom so one has to walk all the way around the bedroom to wash one's hands. The staff was extremly untrained except for the nice blond man who handled the luggage and the return of our rental car. Thank goodness we had only one night to stay otherwise we would have found another hotel. The location was also not what we expected, the website is not accurate if you view the pictures.
